Prune Muffins

Ingredients
  Butter/Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), warmed
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Whole wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk/Yoghurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Stewed prunes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F.
Mix shortening and honey.
Add egg.
Mix dry ingredients and add to the batter alternately with milk.
Fold in prunes.
Pour into greased muffin tins and bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
