Peachy Moist Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Peach yogurt/Vanilla yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped peeled peaches/Well-drained canned peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Fresh)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine flour, pecans, sugar and baking powder.
Combine egg, yogurt, butter and vanilla; mix well.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in peaches.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until muffins test done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
