Maui Muffins

Chef Landon makes muffin using all the natural and organic products. This is a simple, regular but healthy one.
Ingredients
  Flour 500 Gram
  Millet 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Chocolate chips 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Frozen blueberries 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and add it to the mixture.
Stir the mixture well. Add blue berries.
Mix it well and pour the batter into muffin moulds.
Put the muffin tray in a preheated oven at 350 F.
Bake them until golden brown.
