Maple Corn Muffins
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whole wheat pastry flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (whole wheat)|
|Cornmeal||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 450° F.and grease 1 dozen muffin tins.
Combine milk, sour cream, maple syrup, and eggs.
Mix flour, cornmeal, soda, and salt and add to the first mixture.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins, filling about 2/3 full and bake in preheated oven for about 1 5 minutes.
