Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bisquick 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Corn meal 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 450° (hot).
Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Fill well-greased muffin cups or corn stick pans 2/3 full.
Bake 12 to 15 min.
