Meal In A Muffin Pan
|Canned corned beef hash||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Corn bread/Muffin mix||8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Box)|
Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
Divide hash into six of the cups; press into the bottom and up the sides to form a shell.
Break an egg into each shell; season with salt and pep per.
Mix muffins according to package directions Spop' batter into the other six cups.
