Home-Style Cheese Muffins
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Cheddar cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), shredded|
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix egg, milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in cheese.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
