Preheat oven to 400°.
In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients; set aside.
In medium bowl, combine egg, yogurt, milk, oil and mincemeat; mix well.
Stir into flour mixture only until moistened.
Fill greased or paper baking cup-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately turn out of pan.
Brush warm muffins with marmalade if desired.
