Moist Orange Mince Muffins

Ingredients
  Unsifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Orange yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Condensed mincemeat 9 Ounce, crumbled (1 Package)
  Orange marmalade 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients; set aside.
In medium bowl, combine egg, yogurt, milk, oil and mincemeat; mix well.
Stir into flour mixture only until moistened.
Fill greased or paper baking cup-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately turn out of pan.
Brush warm muffins with marmalade if desired.
