Cranberry Muffins And Creamy Orange Spread

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Coarsely chopped cranberries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well.
Add combined milk, margarine and egg, mixing just until moistened.
Fold in combined remaining sugar and cranberries.
Spoon into greased medium-size muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Bake at 400°, 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, orange juice and peel, mixing until well blended.
Chill.
