Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  Bran flakes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Partly skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Molasses 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Butter or line large muffin pan cups with paper cups.
Set aside.
In a bowl, soak bran flakes in milk until softened.
Add beaten egg, margarine and molasses.
Set aside.
In a second bowl, mix dry ingredients.
With a fork, fold into liquid mixture.
Pour into cups.
Bake in oven 20 minutes.
