Savory Breakfast Bran Muffins

  Water 295 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)
  Unrefined vegetable oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Egg/Egg replacer 1
  Cheese 120 Milliliter, grated (1/2 Cup)
  Onion 120 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)
  Green chiles 60 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup)
  Muffin mix 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix water, oil and egg together in large bowl.
Add cheese, onions and chiles.
Add muffin mix and salt; stir briefly.
Fill oiled muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
