Savory Breakfast Bran Muffins
|Water||295 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)|
|Unrefined vegetable oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Cheese||120 Milliliter, grated (1/2 Cup)|
|Onion||120 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)|
|Green chiles||60 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup)|
|Muffin mix||480 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix water, oil and egg together in large bowl.
Add cheese, onions and chiles.
Add muffin mix and salt; stir briefly.
Fill oiled muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
