Easy Morning Muffins

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Cinnamon 1
  Sugar 1
Directions

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add milk, oil and eggs; stir until flour is moistened.
Line 6-cup muffin pan with paper baking cups; fill 3/4 full.
Cook at MEDIUM-LOW 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Rotate dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Repeat procedure with remaining batter.
If desired, dip tops of muffins in melted butter and then in cinnamon sugar.
Store covered.
