Busy Bee Bran Muffins
|Salad oil||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Honey||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|100% bran cereal||840 Milliliter (3 1/2 Cup)|
|Skim milk||355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Flour||600 Milliliter (2 1/4 Cup)|
|Cinnamon||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliters)|
|Baking soda||4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliters)|
|Seedless raisins||120 Milliliter|
In small bowl, blend together eggs, oil and honey.
In large mixing bowl, combine bran with milk and let stand 5 minutes.
Add egg mixture to cereal and blend lightly.
Mix in flour, cinnamon and soda.
Add raisins, if desired.
Spoon into paper-lined or greased muffin pan cups.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) 25-30 minutes.
