Gluten-Free Orange Muffins

Ingredients
  Millet flour/Rice flour 355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Soy flour 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Non alum baking powder 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliters)
  Orange flavoring 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Water/Orange juice 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Vegetable oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Rice syrup 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
Directions

Combine all dry ingredients.
Mix all liquids; add to dry ingredients.
For muffins, fill cups full, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
