2 Cup (32 tbs) (480 Milliliters, Preferably Organic)
1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliters)
2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliters)
240 Milliliter (1 Cup, Any Flavor)
All ingredients should be at room temperature, about 75°F (24°C).
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
Combine yogurt and egg.
Add these to the dry ingredients with a few swift strokes.
Pour the batter into a muffin pan and bake at once for 20-25 minutes.
