Organic Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
  Cake flour/1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (480 Milliliters, Preferably Organic)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliters)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliters)
  Organic yogurt 240 Milliliter (1 Cup, Any Flavor)
  Beaten egg 1
Directions

All ingredients should be at room temperature, about 75°F (24°C).
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
Set aside.
Combine yogurt and egg.
Add these to the dry ingredients with a few swift strokes.
Pour the batter into a muffin pan and bake at once for 20-25 minutes.
