Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or sour cream)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nuts 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 3 50 °F (175 °C).
Butter muffin pans.
Set aside.
In a bowl, mix yogurt and baking soda.
Set aside.
In a second bowl, beat butter.
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Pour in yogurt mixture, stirring only as needed to moisten dry ingredients.
Lightly mix in chocolate chips.
Pour into cups.
Mix topping ingredients.
Spoon equal amounts over muffins.
Bake in oven 30-35 minutes.
