Apple Date Nut Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Uncooked rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Dash
  Coarsely chopped peeled apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pitted dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted and cooled
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F Grease or paper-line 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups.
Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, ginger and cloves in large bowl.
Mix in apples, nuts and dates.
Combine butter, milk and eggs in small bowl until blended.
Pour into flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
Remove from pan.
