Delicious Parmesan Muffins

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Butter or line muffin pans with paper cups.
Set aside.
In a bowl, beat egg with a fork.
Mix in milk, yogurt and margarine.
Set aside.
In a second bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, Parmesan, sugar and basil.
Add liquid mixture, stirring only as needed to moisten dry ingredients.
Spoon batter into muffin cups until full.
Bake in oven 20 minutes or so.
