Ingredients
  Orange marmalade 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Butter 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Honey 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Eggs 2
  Whole wheat flour 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Buttermilk 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

Combine first four ingredients; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and honey; add eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
Gradually stir in next three ingredients; mix well.
Slowly add buttermilk.
Spoon 2 tbs batter into oiled muffin cups; add 1 tsp orange filling and fill 2/3 full with batter.
Bake in preheated oven at 400°F (205°C) for 20-25 minutes.
