Ingredients
  Unbleached white flour 1 Liter (4 1/2 Cup)
  Hazelnut flour 415 Milliliter
  Sea salt 15 Milliliter (15 Milliliter)
  Baking powder 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoons)
  Unsalted butter 590 Milliliter, melted (2.5 Cup)
  Sugar/Fructose/sucanat 720 Milliliter (3 Cup)
  Eggs 10 , beaten
  Buttermilk 480 Milliliter (2 Cup)
Directions

Mix flour, hazelnut flour, salt and baking powder.
Combine butter and sugar, mix well, then add eggs and buttermilk.
Combine dry ingredients with buttermilk mixture.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
