Plain Muffins

This yummy collection of plain muffin recipes is definitely gonna be of help to you. When I had to host a birthday party last year I simply used this Plain Muffins recipes that to put out a tempting spread! Just check it out!
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Egg 1
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fat 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. Orange Muffins Substitute orange juice for all or 1/2 of the milk. Add 1 tsp. grated orange rind.
2. Fruit or Nut Muffins Add 1/2 c. raisins, currants, dates, or nuts to the sifted dry ingredients.
3. Cheese Muffins. Use only 2 tbsp. of sugar, add grated cheese to dry ingredients, and use 2 tbsp. shortening.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
