Cranberry Orange Muffins
|Cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rind||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Oil||2 Tablespoon, melted|
1. Combine cranberries and 1/2 c. sugar.
2. Let stand while mixing remaining ingredients according to muffin method.
3. Add cranberry mixture to batter at the last, and beat slightly.
