Cranberry Orange Muffins

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Egg 1
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine cranberries and 1/2 c. sugar.
2. Let stand while mixing remaining ingredients according to muffin method.
3. Add cranberry mixture to batter at the last, and beat slightly.
