7-Grain Corn Muffins

Ingredients
  Multi grain cereal 480 Milliliter (2 Cups, Seven Grain Cereal)
  Water 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Maple syrup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Unrefined vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sea salt 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Instant oatmeal 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup, Original Oatmeal)
  Yellow cornmeal 480 Milliliter (2 Cup)
Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients in blender until very smooth.
Mix cornmeal in with a spoon.
Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-45 minutes.
