|Cinnamon||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Softened butter/Margarine||80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Honey||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Raisins/Dried apples, chopped||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
Boil and stir buttermilk and oats for 2 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon in medium bowl.
In large bowl cream together butter, brown sugar, honey and egg.
Mix in cooled oat mixture.
Add dry ingredients and mix with spoon only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
