Slightly Sweet Muffins
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, milk, and oil; add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin pans filling two thirds full.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove muffins from pans immediately.
