Refrigerator Bran Muffins has a great taste. Refrigerator Bran Muffins gets its desired taste from flour mixed with buttermilk and eggs and flavored with shortening. Refrigerator Bran Muffins is inspired many food joints across the world.
Ingredients
  Wheat bran flakes cereal with raisins 15 Ounce (1 Package)
  All purpose flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Buttermilk 1 Quart
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine eggs, buttermilk, and shortening; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Cover batter and store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
When ready to bake, spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling two thirds full.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Remove from pans immediately.
