  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins/Nuts / sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put in greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400° 18 minutes.
