|Buttermilk baking mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Light sour cream||8 Ounce (Land'O Lakes)|
|Chopped chives/4 teaspoons dried chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped pepperoni||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Heat oven to 400°F.
In medium bowl combine all ingredients except pepperoni.
Stir just until moistened.
Fold in pepperoni.
Spoon into greased mini-muffin pans.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans.
