Pepperoni N Chive Mini Muffins has a fine taste. Pepperoni N Chive Mini Muffins gets its taste from buttermilk baking mix, mixed with eggs and milk. Pepperoni N Chive Mini Muffins is inspired by many food joints worldwide.
  Buttermilk baking mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Light sour cream 8 Ounce (Land'O Lakes)
  Chopped chives/4 teaspoons dried chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pepperoni 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Heat oven to 400°F.
In medium bowl combine all ingredients except pepperoni.
Stir just until moistened.
Fold in pepperoni.
Spoon into greased mini-muffin pans.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans.
