This Apple Cinnamon Muffin is simply irresistible. Try this Apple Cinnamon Muffins on a get together; you will definitely get a lot of compliments for this.
Ingredients
  Oat bran cereal 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apple juice/Cider 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Apple 1 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F.
In large bowl, combine cereal, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
In small bowl, combine apple juice, milk, egg whites and oil.
Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
Add chopped apple, walnuts and raisins.
Fill 18 greased medium muffin cups 3/4 full with batter.
Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden.
