Easy Blueberry Muffins With Non Fat Dry Milk

These Blueberry Muffins just happened to redefine my breakfast pleasure ! An irresistible berry treat in the morning is sure to set your moods high and start off your work with a new enthusiasm. Just try out these marvelous Blueberry Muffins and tell me if you feel the way I do about them.
Ingredients
  Bread slice 1 , made into crumbs
  Instant non fat dry milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , separated
  Artificial sweetener 1 Teaspoon (To Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar)
  Blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place crumbs, dry milk and baking soda in bowl.
Add water, egg yolk, sweetener and blueberries.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
Pour into non-stick muffin tins and bake at 350° F. for 12 to 15 minutes.
