1 , made into crumbs
Instant non fat dry milk
1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
1 , separated
1 Teaspoon (To Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Place crumbs, dry milk and baking soda in bowl.
Add water, egg yolk, sweetener and blueberries.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
Pour into non-stick muffin tins and bake at 350° F. for 12 to 15 minutes.
