Streusel Bran Muffins is an amazingly delicious side dish version. An easy to make recipe, you will simply find this Streusel Bran Muffins both mouth-watering and amazingly tempting.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon (Cold)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bran cereal flakes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Kellogg's Complete)
  Skim milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
Directions

In small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Using pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Set aside for topping.
Stir together 1 1/4 cups flour, baking powder, salt and spices.
Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's® Complete® Bran Flakes cereal and milk.
Let stand about 3 minutes or until cereal softens.
Add 1/2 cup sugar, egg whites, oil, vanilla and raisins.
Mix well.
Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Pour batter evenly into twelve 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 400°F about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
