Ingredients
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Canned pumpkin 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

With beater, blend together butter, vanilla, egg, pumpkin and sugar.
Add dry ingredients.
While beating, add milk.
Blend well.
Stir in chocolate chips as desired.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes.
