Honey Wheat Muffins
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine flours, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, milk, oil, and honey; add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two thirds full.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Remove from pans immediately.
