Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Fresh blueberries/3/4 cup canned blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In large bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder until the ingredients are distributed well.
In small bowl, mix together egg, milk, sugar and oil.
Add blueberries but do not stir them up.
Pour the milk mixture into flour mixture all at once.
Gently stir with a fork until the flour is barely moistened.
Spoon into paper-lined muffin tins.
These muffins do not rise much so fill them to 3/4 full.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until the tops are browned slightly.
