Bran And Raisins Muffins

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bran 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Use Natural One)
  All purpose flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Finely chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sour milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
Directions

Stir soda into sour milk.
Cream butter and sugar well; add molasses, salt, bran and flour sifted with baking powder.
Stir in walnuts and raisins, then beaten eggs.
Spoon into greased muffin tins, or paper baking cups.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375°.
