Ingredients
  Whole wheat flakes 1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)
  Rye flakes 1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)
  Whole oat flakes 1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)
  Barley flakes 1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)
  Roasted peanuts 3⁄4 Pound, chopped (350 Grams)
  Sultanas 1 Pound (450 Grams)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)
Directions

MAKING
1 For the basic mixture: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.

SERVING
2 Divide the prepared muesli in individual serving bowls pour over milk.
3 Serve immediately.

TIP
You can add nuts of your choice, the fruit too can be varied: chopped dates, dried apricots or figs, or chopped dried apple rings etc.
You can also sprinkle in some bran, and wheatgerm for added nutritional value
