|Whole wheat flakes||1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)|
|Rye flakes||1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)|
|Whole oat flakes||1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)|
|Barley flakes||1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)|
|Roasted peanuts||3⁄4 Pound, chopped (350 Grams)|
|Sultanas||1 Pound (450 Grams)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)|
1 For the basic mixture: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
2 Divide the prepared muesli in individual serving bowls pour over milk.
3 Serve immediately.
You can add nuts of your choice, the fruit too can be varied: chopped dates, dried apricots or figs, or chopped dried apple rings etc.
You can also sprinkle in some bran, and wheatgerm for added nutritional value
