Apple Muesli With Yogurt

Ingredients
  Dessert apples 2
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Natural yogurt 5 Fluid Ounce (1 Carton, 142 Milliliter)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Tablespoon
  Mixed grains 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Chopped hazelnuts/Almonds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 Core the apples and peel if desired.
2 Finely chop the apples and place in a basin.
3 Pour lemon juice over the apples and mix well to prevent the apples from browning.
4 Add in the yogurt, honey and water, mixing well.
5 Stir in the mixed grains.

SERVING
6 Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.
