|Old fashioned oatmeal||2 Tablespoon|
|Wheat germ||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Unsulphured raisins||1 Tablespoon|
|Raw honey||2 Tablespoon|
|Walnuts/Sunflower seeds||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a bowl add oatmeal with four tablespoons of pure water. Soak overnight.
2) In morning, mix lemon juice and yogurt to it and combine well.
3) Add grated apples, unpeeled if they are unsprayed, into the mixture.
4) Mix all the remaining ingredients to it.
5) Mix thoroughly.
6) Serve immediately.
