|Warm water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Carrot||1 , cut in chunks|
|Unblanched almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apples||3 , unsprayed, cored and cut in chunks|
|Dried figs||1 Cup (16 tbs), stemmed|
1) In a blender add carrot, almonds and 1 cup of water. Reduce to a fine pulp.
2) Stir in rest of the ingredients.
3) Cover blender tightly while whizzing.
4) Sprinkle sunflower seed meal over it.
5) Serve immediately.
