Special Muesli

Ingredients
  Porridge oats 250 Gram
  Oatmeal 50 Gram
  Sunflower seeds 30 Gram
  Sesame seeds 30 Gram
  Pumpkin seeds 30 Gram
  Walnuts 30 Gram, coarsely chopped
  Almonds 30 Gram, blanched and peeled
  Wheat flakes 50 Gram
  Dried apricots 75 Gram, seeded and cut into quarters
  Sultanas 100 Gram, washed and dried
  Dried dates/Dried figs 50 Gram, chopped
  Powdered cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Toast the porridge oats,oatmeal,sunflower seeds,sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds, individually in the oven or in a saute pan.
2)Let them cool sufficiently.
3) Mix the toasted ingredients with the wheat flakes, dry fruits and cinnamon.
4)Store in an airtight jar and use within a month.

SERVING
5) Serve the Muesli with or without milk for breakfast or use to make granola bars or cookies.
