|Sunflower seeds||30 Gram|
|Sesame seeds||30 Gram|

|Walnuts||30 Gram, coarsely chopped|
|Almonds||30 Gram, blanched and peeled|
|Wheat flakes||50 Gram|
|Dried apricots||75 Gram, seeded and cut into quarters|
|Sultanas||100 Gram, washed and dried|
|Dried dates/Dried figs||50 Gram, chopped|
|Powdered cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
1)Toast the porridge oats,oatmeal,sunflower seeds,sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds, individually in the oven or in a saute pan.
2)Let them cool sufficiently.
3) Mix the toasted ingredients with the wheat flakes, dry fruits and cinnamon.
4)Store in an airtight jar and use within a month.
5) Serve the Muesli with or without milk for breakfast or use to make granola bars or cookies.
