|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Juice 1 Lemon)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 Tablespoon|
|Seedless raisins||1 Ounce|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Tablespoon|
|Eating apples||2 (Sharp Flavored)|
1) Into a small basin, measure the oats and add water. Set aside and allow to soak overnight.
2) When ready to prepare, stir in the lemon juice, dried fruit and condensed milk to the basin.
3) Stir in the chopped walnuts and the grated apples (which have the skin on).
4) Spoon into 2 serving dishes and serve immediately.
