The recipe for the calorie reckoned? Try this oats and fruit juice museli to start off your day healthy and fine!
Ingredients
  Rolled oats/Fine oatmeal 4 Tablespoon
  Cream/Top of milk 4 Tablespoon
  Honey 4 Teaspoon
  Fruit juice 1⁄2 Pint
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apples 4 (dessert apples)
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (little quantity)
  Sultanas/Raisins 2 Ounce
Directions

Place the oats and fruit juice in a bowl and stand covered overnight.
Peel and grate apples and mix all ingredients together.
