Ingredients
  Oranges 2 , juiced
  Oats 2 Ounce (2 rounded tablespoons)
  Chopped nuts 2 Ounce (2 rounded tablespoons)
  Eating apples 4
  Sultanas 2 Tablespoon
  Top milk 4 Tablespoon (thin cream)
Directions

Grate apples into orange juice.
Add all other ingredients and sweeten with honey, if necessary.
