Ingredients
  Rolled oats 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Wheat germ 150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Sunflower seeds 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Walnuts 125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)
  Pumpkin seeds 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Figs 125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)
  Dried apricots 125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together all the dry ingredients.
2) Take a bottle and seal the mixture inside it.
3) Refrigerate the bottle.

SERVING
4) Add milk as needed when serving with a topping of fresh apple slices.
