|Rolled oats||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Wheat germ||150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|Sunflower seeds||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Walnuts||125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)|
|Pumpkin seeds||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Figs||125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)|
|Dried apricots||125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)|
1) Mix together all the dry ingredients.
2) Take a bottle and seal the mixture inside it.
3) Refrigerate the bottle.
4) Add milk as needed when serving with a topping of fresh apple slices.
