Peel, core and slice the apples and pear.
Peel and slice the banana.
Peel the orange, removing all the white pith, and chop.
Put the fruit in a bowl and add the lemon juice and sugar.
Toss well so the fruit is covered with the lemon juice.
Mix the muesli with the milk or water.
Add to the fruit and stir well.
Leave for 10 minutes before serving.
