More Than Muesli
|Porridge oats||200 Gram (Jumbo Size)|
|Bran flakes/Wheat germ||25 Gram|
|Barley flakes/Rye flakes||75 Gram|
|Hazelnuts||50 Gram, lightly crushed|
|Flaked almonds||50 Gram|
|Dried apricots||50 Gram, chopped|
|Maple syrup||6 Tablespoon|
|Semi skimmed milk||75 Milliliter|
|Low fat greek yogurt||4 Tablespoon|
Mix all the ingredients together well in a large mixing bowl.
Refrigerate overnight. (You may need to add more milk to keep the right consistency as the muesli absorbs most of the liquid.)
Those with a sweet tooth may want to top with more maple syrup!
