|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Green food coloring||8 Drop|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), whipped|
Blend the avocado, lemon peel and juice, orange juice, salt, and food coloring; set aside.
Soften gelatin in milk in a small saucepan.
Stir over low heat until dissolved.
Blend into the avocado mixture.
Chill about 45 minutes, or until mixture becomes slightly thicker.
Blend confectioners' sugar into whipped cream.
Fold into the avocado mixture.
Turn into a 5-cup fancy mold.
Freeze until firm.
