Broccoli Mousse is easy and donâ€™t take much time to cook. The mixture of vinegar, butter and egg gives the Broccoli Mousse a perfect taste.
1 1⁄4 Pound
Put the broccoli in a dish and add the vinegar.
Dot with the butter.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a food processor and puree.
Continue to liquidize while adding the egg, cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
