Broccoli Mousse

Broccoli Mousse is easy and don’t take much time to cook. The mixture of vinegar, butter and egg gives the Broccoli Mousse a perfect taste.
Ingredients
  Broccoli florets 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1
Directions

Put the broccoli in a dish and add the vinegar.
Dot with the butter.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a food processor and puree.
Continue to liquidize while adding the egg, cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
