Orange Liqueur Mousse
|Orange flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package Of 3 Ounce)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and cool mixture to room temperature.
Stir in orange liqueur.
Chill in refrigerator until mixture starts to thicken (about 30 minutes).
Whip cream until it piles softly.
Gradually add gelatin mixture, stirring gently until evenly blended.
Pour into a mold.
Chill until set.
Turn out of mold onto serving plate and top with additional whipped cream and coconut, if desired.
