Pumpkin Mousse

Seeing as though it’s pumpkin season, I’ve been trying to come up with many different ways of eating pumpkin. The other day I made something I called pumpkin moose.
Ingredients
  Pumpkin 1 , chop
  Soymilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Boil the pumpkin in water.
2. Once soft, blend it with some soymilk, vanilla essence, cinnamon, sugar, and vegetable oil.
3. Put the mix in a container in the fridge and let it chill for a few hours.

SERVING
4. Plate and serve as dessert.
